  I agree with Jersey - I saw Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and thought it was better than Up. But Up was cute. I think the kids I saw both movies with appreciated Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs more too.

  I liked Russel (nature scout). I thought his character was endearing - and really appreciated the 'squirrel' bit. Reminded me way too much of my dog I guess
