    How do you keep your costs down? Just have your own equipment and buy season passes? The fees at resorts look pretty high.

    • once you get your own gear, you only need pay for lift tickets. seasons passes are ok if you really like the place.dropdown
    • otherwise you'll get bored fast. Most places offer discounted ticket packs. I say pick 2 or three places and do it that way.dropdown
    • then go on a few out of town trips. To have some fun in new to you terrain.dropdown
