not really useful. maybe it can help you figure things out but its not as functional as it would appear to each individual person. in all my life, i dont know anyone that actually uses their services. so i cant really judge anything, i went thru their site a few times but never found anything that could help me, find work or anything like that as everyone works in different fields. anyways..
