Motorola is way off track, and has been for years. Think about it, just about everyone in 2003/2004 had a form of the RAZR. While that phone was a piece of aesthetic beauty, the software running on it not only alienated all of Motorola's current customer base, it also turned people off from upgrading to another Moto completely due to it's incompetence as an actual phone opposed to fashion accessory.
