So grateful to see 2009 gone.
I am calling it "The Year of Crazy"
_5 days before Christmas my roommate tells me a lease renewal Feb. 1st is not possible. She knew I was freelance before moving in and knew at times I would be home during the day (Mind you this is a two story condo). Because it had been such a slow year I was home more often. She did not approve of this, "felt confined to her room" also said she could not start her mornings right because "I was upstairs sleeping in."
Not my baggage and I know that, however I am in the mad dash to move and would love to be able to pay out a broker fee to get my own studio.
My goal: 1500.00 by the 25th without giving hand jobs or dancing on a pole. If someone needs some design work and can pay out before Jan. is over, that would be fantastic.

Would love to start this year with a killer brand new studio in Brooklyn. No more living situations with people and their stupid fucking baggage. 4 roommate to pull this shit on me in the last 3 years. I need to focus on work.
(The housing order: Male obsessive roommate, to building with emergency eviction, to manic depressive in wheelchair, to trust fund baby who has no sense of adult responsibility)
