Im somewhat skeptical of that image. The entire country appears to be blanketed in a totally regular coating of snow. No main arteries, no urban centres or industrial areas are breaking through the ice, no rivers... its like an overhead snow photograph from 2000ft shopped onto an image from 20,000ft.
