It's my first winter in London (coming from NYC). I'm amazed: only 1/4 inch of snow created a total panic in London. Panic. Yet the majority of it went un-shoveled and therefore all the sidewalks are now smoothly glazed death traps. This aggression would not stand in NYC. This aggression...
