    arrive at office:

    -walk into the marketing office
    -check if the massive nob end that is the head of marketing is in
    -switch on computer
    -go get a bowl of cereal - fruit and fibre
    -return to computer
    -cry for approximately 20 minutes when im reminded we have vista on our machines
    -check gmail
    -check facebook
    -check daily tasklist for work

    Come lunchtime
    -pic of the day - then email the finest images to work colleagues.
