in the best case you could do a tour on the herengracht. the (ad) agency is recommended is there, next to it are many others like wieden+kennedy, 180/Riot, CMK1, Nothing (brand new and amazing office), CCCP, Media Republic, Pink and Poodle, and even Viktor&Rolf (but that's fashion)... all in walking distance, some are neighbours...
