phlojonaut: Easy answer: the universe, although no one can prove that there aren't other universes out there. Of course, to use that argument against me, you'd have to re-examine your religious beliefs.
No system is perfectly isolated as there will always be some amount of energy exchange via friction, pressure or other uncontrollable factors, but this is a generally understood fact and was even taken into consideration in the formation of the 2nd Law.
I'm not here to educate you, though, so you can either go and do your own research (and probably come to the same conclusions you're already at due to the comfort zone that religion provides) or not.
It makes no difference to me if you are willing to distort the 2nd Law to fit your version of reality, as you have no control over mine.
