of course it's discussed - often it's a response to post-colonial fall out (mismanagement), wars of agression and their legacy, vacuous "regime change" and the instability that ensues, complex oppression and suppression, global inequality, resource theft, inequality and indignity, people with long memories not getting over shit etc.
