I'd second the used Porsche. It woill be a 95, at best (if you go 911), but it will still look at drive like a 65k machine.
You can get one on Ebay Motors or Autobytel with about 20k-30k miles.And they do have a backseat.
If you must have new (warranties are nice), the 350 is the way to go. I've got a 92 TT 300Z and it's fantastic!
Personally, I'd take the Porsche, or wait until the 350Z goes twin turbo - then it will be a world class car!
