Yeah, 40-50k (US) is probably in the ballpark, but could easily be higher. The big questions still remaining (which affect staff needs, talent rates, and so on) are:
-Who is the end client - you or are you the "agency?" (may affect project management needs)
-What sector is this for - corporate internal use, broadcast, web, national client, international, consumer, etc. (this affects voice talent and sound if using music)
-If this is for the consumer world and will be seen via web or broadcast, what kind of talent are you going with - union or non-union?
-Who would be dealing with the union ? You, or is that within the expectations you have of a contractor?
