Voice over can be expensive.
Imagine you have to illustrate every shot and do the time x2 to animate it.
And about concepting etc is different for every project.
Imagine you have to do this.- Brainstorm and stuff
- Write a synopsis
- Make a shotlist
- Get somebody to do the voice over
- Animate to the voice over
