audis are great cars with no powerband. but lotsa midrange power. hell civics have a higher power output than an audi.
as far as pure driving enjoyment, the audi'sare ok. althought they are engineered to take the fun out of doing some sick ass drifting and shit. as far as long term reliability...bleh. i'd get a subaru for long term...not looks though...ick
its all about cost. some cars get old fast. there are lots of cars out there. choose wisely. and pick one YOU will enjoy. f** our opinions.
VW GTI R32 is nice. drove it again this weekend. not blisteringly fast, but damn, its quick. salesman kept telling me to slow down. i was like "um, if i buy this, i want to make SURE that it can handle what i plan to do with it everyday."
