Don't be cheap. A good night sleep is worth a lot. Nothing is worse than waking up to a sore back everyday.
Get it delivered. They'll usually take your old mattress too, which could be a REAL pain in the ass to dispose of.
Get a pillowtop, either one thats included or one that you can put on top of the mattress.
