Possibly. If the officer was using a radar gun, you may have a case. Radar picks the biggest signal that's reflecting back the info, so if that was someone else then you're safe. If it was laser or him pacing you then you're SOL.
If it's any consolation, I got a $295 ticket for going 88 in a 65. Man, I hate speed traps :(
