Yea - I reckon stuff that - already hard enough to know what to write some of the time without getting flagged or the like - I say that overall the berating is ok - with all too often resolutions coming about or people at least learning something... no point acting like somethin doesn't piss you off.
(i mean sure - don't need to be a wanker about it but....)
