definitely not true. think of the system that needs to develop to move any sort of signal, much less pain. its quite a ways into the pregnancy... i dont know how long exactly... but certainly not the same day.
an embryo is just a collection of cells... there is no tissues yet... no systems. nothign communicates... it just absorbs.
