My basic understanding is that portions of these funds are being distributed throughout South America. I am not certain, but, some portion of these funds must be coming out of your and my taxes.
My problem is that I don't believe that the recipients of these funds are putting said dollars to "best use". In fact, I am certain of this fact.
This is my main frustration. Handing over billions of dollars to bad, bad people. I'm not trying to come across as racist or anything like that. I'm just saying that that's a boat load of money that could be so much better spent here at home.
How can you disagree?
