    ok here are a couple serious questions for everyone:
    A) Two Weeks notice is very archaic especially in an At-Will employment environment. Do you really feel it is necessary?
    B) If the decision to leave is based on personal ethics vs. company policy, do you think it is important to state that and let the employer know why you are leaving? or is it more important to save face?
