I hope you decide to sleep on this. I realize you may have a laundry list of frustrations with your employer, but ask yourself if this will burn that bridge and/or if you are ok with that. (I caveat that with that I just burnt a big bridge and am totally fine with it.)
Were I the recipient of this I would remember only 2 things - that you opened with "shit" and ended with "fuck it."
