It took me almost 4, 5 months last spring-summer to discover that my Norton Internet Security (the Firewall part of it) block the post when you hit ''broadcast live''. Just right click the little green globe near your windows clock and click disable, then click broadcast live, then reactivate your firewall, then reconnect to ICQ or any other instant message software because each time you disable and re-enable the firewall all the IM software turn off.
