have a quiet word with their boss or manager about their rudeness.
Rudeness is far worse for the working environment than a little music however subjectively tedious and annoying it can be.Failing that, create an hour long mp3 of a really annoying ''vvvVZZZZZZZYYRRTRTTNNNGNGGGGG' sound that gradually gets louder and louder from 0db, turn your speakers right up, start it playing and walk away. If it sounds mechanical enough, they won't think to look at your speakers, and they'll spend ages being gradually annoyed and distracted, then searching for something, possibly calling for maintenance to fix the aircon and generally being inconvenienced.
