Not going to get involved with the drug chat, but just wanted to try and dissuade you tikes from using those bloody transparent papers.
Yes, they're "made of paper" - but just roll one up, burn it and watch the black smoke curl off that shit.
It's plastic, regardless. Avoid, please.
