    SOMA, Market and Tenderloin are fine and plenty of good people live there. But once again, it all depends on what you're looking for in a neighborhood. So far, all you've mentioned is that you won't have a car for 6 months.

    Where are you going to work in Hayes Valley?

    • i live int he tl on OFarrell. Its the last nice street before it turns to shit. Bad neighborhood for a car to. No residential parking.instrmntl
