quick guess off your RGB i'd suggest pantone 385, 383, and 382.
us the illustrator "bridge" swatches if its a CMYK job.
and just to confuse your client more, greens can shift a shitload on uncoated papers. use the uncoated swatches if it is going to uncoated... they are diff CMYK's.
