    Second image version is definitely better - looks like the company are more 'hands-on' / take more care.

    I think the title text should read:
    "You take your medical practice
    seriously- so do we"
    (move the line-break and change the comma for a dash)

    Increase the saturation of the coloured nav blocks slightly, without being too over powering. I think they look a bit too dark.

    All IMO of course.
