  If you believe or not... isn't cutting back on emissions a good thing? No matter what?

  In HK the amount of smog can be suffocating. Some days a few blocks ahead fade into murky brown. The amount of grit that cakes on everything remotely near a major road is crazy. It's like we have to walk through molasses and be wearing air conditioned cyber suits until some people accept major changes have to be made.
