Your best bet is to freelance while you search for full-time that doesn't suck, there really ARE good jobs out there, just takes a lot of persistence right now, that way, when you land an offer or two you have some recent freelance stuff going on and can decide if you really want to hold your clients hands all day, or let someone else do that...
