  I have an interview tomorrow - first serious interview since being laid off in May. It's a phone interview for a marketing/design job. I'm under qualified for the position, but the woman they're firing is technically qualified, but they said she's not personable, creative and had a negative attitude about really working hard.

  I'm just gonna go into it with the attitude that I'm willing to learn, willing to get in there, roll up my sleeves and stay busy. And that I'm a damn fun and happy person to be around.

  • if you make it reviews after 3,6,9 and 12 monthsversion3
  • isnt that typical for any job?megE
  • i never finished, i meant you should try for the raises at those increments as you will likely be paid lessversion3
  • to do the same job, don't let them hire you as a savings plan was meant to be the pointversion3
  • Starting salary is 50k... way more than I was being paid at my last job...megE
