No self respecting cat is going to wear crap like that, as soon as it's on it's going to be flicked or clawed off and the cat is going to bugger off in a huff because of you trying to make a tit out of it.
It's only dogs that are submissive and subservient like that and will do or wear whatever you want so they can please their master.
