With flash/actionscript, there is sometimes a huge project risk of slightly different intrepretations of how something should interact, and people may think of the "right way" after they see your version.. so try to make sure there is a "change order" fee associated with not just changes of text, but major changes of conceptual direction, and that in the case of coding, this is listed as something like "hourly according to customary charges and hours actually consumed in development changes after date x"
