    I would put your estimate in a word document as you have to explain each part. If you don't know weather you will include something or not include it and write out the steps that need to be taken. It can be taken out of the document later.

    Make sure that you have a section in your estimate that says what the rate is for out of scope work. Also If your invoice is not payed in 30 days what the consequences are.

    After you detail everything you can put in your chart that gives a quick breakdown of what each element is and how much it costs.

    ie.
    Google tacking codes...
    Go live file transfer & testing...

    If there is a launch date put in the things that you will need from the client by what dates so that you can complete the project on time.

    Estimates take time to put together but a good one will save you in the end.
