Start loading up the HQ version of the video, and ad "pwn" between the "." and "youtube", so, "www.youtube.com/blahblahblah" becomes "www.pwnyoutube.com/blahblahblah...
Or in Safari on a Mac, bring up Window > Activity and double-click on the file that is loading (XXk of XXmb....).
