    great advice. I will defiantly keep that at mind.

    I will be working with another firm, that will be handling the PM and some content work.

    Exploration would be time spent, developing an actual plan, coming up with preliminary designs, spec sheets, functional spec documents etc.

    Q: if im not putting you on the hot seat, where would u put the hourly requirements?
