If you really do have a can-do attitude, then you can take over the project manager's job, the HR guy's job -- even the CEO's and make loads of money -- or start your own company.
What's worse is when an ad is looking for a designer who *doesn't* have a "Prima Donna" attitude. To me, that sounds like they want a very subservient yes-man willing to do any crap work for slave-wave.
