Some good ideas here. In the past I've gotten her some cool stuff (acoustic guitar, cool kitchenware, glasses, a large vase for her beta fish, framed pictures of our vacations, some Nixon watches, jewelery)I guess I just feel like it's hard to top. She's got plenty of clothes and shoes... these days it feels silly to buy more of that stuff.

Does anyone know of any books of 50s/60s fashion along the lines of Vogue covers from that era? She's really into stuff like that and has a cool canvas print of a cover that's pretty sweet.- check books on Alexey Brodovich; Lillian Bassman and Louise Dahl-Wolfe.MrAbominable
