I was stung by a Black Scorpion in Namibia in my shanty house. It hurt like hell and my foot swelled up bigtime. I was 400 KM from treatment as well, that sucked! :( Came across pissed off elephants and Black Mombas in the field. But we were in a Land Rover. :)
