just check it out with an insurance company. see how much monthly it would cost for health coverage, how much any other bennie's are worth, etc...
the outcome hinges on many factors: how many people you have on your ins. policy, how many hours you're working (wage being per hour or per job)... just research a bit.
no clearcut answer.
