Hey there sir, well, I dont know, unfortunately, of any web agencies here :(
But I can definitely tell you, that depending on your personality, Copenhagen is just brilliant. Its a very modern and charming city, with many options in the nightlife and a great mix of people. Very multi-cultural.And yes, having a car here its really not ideal, two friends of mine that came from abroad and had a car, drove with their cars back to their countries and started to rely heavily on bikes.
If you are like me, and dont like/ dont know how to ride a bike, the public transportation here is very good too. There is many options to go around, including metro, S-trains and buses everywhere.
Language shouldnt be that big of an issue here either, since Copenhagen is so international, you can see that many places already display the two options of language (English and Danish) available.
But as a traveler myself, I would recommend staying around 2-3 weeks here first, and check places around, see how you adapt in here. And if you like it, bring all your stuff and settle in :)
There is so much to describe into this website, that you could only experience it yourself.
