with no government, it would be survival of the fittest, so there would be no designers because 99% of them are pussies. gangs would rule, they would filter out the weak from their packs to remain strong, and rape and pillaging would be the norm. the bigger gangs would have a ranking system witch would eventually become law, then evolve to government, then they would no longer kill off their weak because it would be illegal, then that big ass gang would have designers who would ask things like "what would it be like if we didn't have government" instead of actually working.
