Milan: I've had this problem with the CoD engine since CoD4. You'll often get killed inexplicably while shooting at an enemy, only to see yourself standing there like an idiot, doing nothing in the killcam replay.
It's unavoidable on consoles unless you get lucky and are the host... which means that the biggest part of being good at multiplayer is knowing the maps well, and paying attention to where people like to congregate. You have to develop an almost Jedi-like 6th sense for where your enemies will be. Always pre-aim those corners and run from cover spot to cover spot! :)
