1. There is very few branches of science that produce unquestionable answers. Most jump to the most likely conclusion.
2. Ever, and i mean EVERY, institution,person of interest etc. has an agenda. Sometimes this agenda is pure (let's save kittens, for instance) but more often the agenda is tinted by many outside influences thus assuming that the people should be "honest" because they are scientist is a bit naive.
3. Claim that CO2 isn't toxic. Of course it's not! All in moderation is fine, it's just that there is no moderation and we are pumping tons and TONS of that shit in the air. If by some miracle all the factories in the world would start pumping in the air pure oxygen we would be fucked too because too much of one is never good.
4. Many of the "global warming isn't real" people above forget to take in consideration how the general public's mind works. The public doesn't hear we are being fooled to follow some theory that doesn't have validity, what they DO hear is "Great now i can go back to my old ways of never ending consumerism where nothing counts, because the whole climate change ain't real." Thus raising such a debate produces 2 consequences, one searching for truth, second most people will abandon their already scant environmental efforts.
