  ptot (pronounced "pee-tot"; plural is ptots) is short for "prostitute toddler". these are underage girls at raves who wear next to nothing, basically dressing like hookers. generally used in a derogatory sense, though secretly every guy would bang them if they could get away with it. they typically come in groups, and are usually rolling balls.
