    Actually Google Analytics is the main tool I use. They have the site search tool which overlays a layer of data on top of your website telling you where people clicked. Also the new intelligence reports is really nice too.

    Other than that there is adwords, which has a website optimizer feature which lets you test multiple pages against each other and lets you know which one performs the best.

    Non google stuff I use is Advanced Web Ranking 6.4. That tool allows you to see where certain keywords are ranking on your page, and also who your competitors are, keyword density, etc.... but i don't know if they have a mac version. I would love a mac one for home use.

    There is one other one I used in the past that broke down my entire site according what needs to be fixed. It gives you a report that the SEO people would normally give you without the thousand dollar fee. I will let you know when I think of it.
