I just saw the trailer and the inner sci-fi nerd in me is going fucking nuts with anticipation. It's really, really nice to see how far CG has come as well. On the other hand, the part of me that favors quality film-making is only partly satisfied with what I've seen. The acting looks only half decent, and in the end there's not many ways to make blue humanoids truly great on film.
