    Your colours may be shifting because of your document colour setup in indesign. Check to make sure it's set the same as your photoshop. eg: SWOP vs. North America General, etc. And then also make sure your working colour space is the same as PS - should be Adobe RGB somethingorother (not exactly sure of the name at the moment)...
