t-mobile service has been ok for me over the years. switched over well in europe and mexico.
re: Phones - i just set up email for someone on the MyTouch phone (which i had been considering). I didn't like the interface at all and probably will choose Iphone over it when i upgrade...(and leave t-mobile in the process)
