The whole premise of this ad campaign is mind-boggling.
"Yes, our products did suck, now they suck a bit less. But they still suck. And, by the way, our users complain to us relentlessly. They know better than us how shit should be, because we're a giant pile of unimaginative engineers."
And this is not from some mac/pc fanboy perspective, that's exactly what those ads are saying.- as apposed to some self-important mac-fanaticism whose entire brand is based on the fact that their users are admitted retards7point34
